Frederick Dambach

President

Fred is a veteran of Vietnam and Desert Storm, he brings a lifetime of dedication to service—first to his country, and now to the health and safety of our communities. Raised in a strong military family, he follows in the footsteps of his father a World War II veteran, and many of his siblings and cousins who served our nation. His transition from military service to construction leadership reflects his enduring commitment to public service and environmental responsibility.

As of today (2025), Fred has been married 52 years, has three children and 10 grandchildren.  He is a proud family man who enjoys hiking, traveling, gardening, and cheering at his grandchildren’s sporting events. A former multi-sport athlete and lifelong member of the Boy Scouts of America, he remains deeply involved in youth development and community service.

Willin Boyle

Senior Project Manager

Willin is a seasoned environmental professional with over two decades of hands-on experience in field operations, environmental remediation, and hazardous waste project management. Known for his practical expertise and problem-solving mindset, Willin has worked across diverse terrains—from industrial cleanup sites to conservation areas—bringing real-world solutions to complex environmental challenges.

Starting his career in environmental remediation services, Willin quickly developed a reputation for his deep understanding of environmental compliance on asbestos, lead, mold, and hazardous waste remediation projects. He has led field teams on large-scale remediation projects, collaborated with environmental engineers and regulatory agencies, and trained new environmental remediation specialists in best practices for environmental safety and compliance.

Willin’s work is grounded in a commitment to environmental stewardship and community impact. Whether remediating government facilities or restoring and monitoring groundwater remediation sites, he brings a hands-on perspective that bridges science and action.

Connor Kinney

Project Manager

As of today (2025), Conner has over 16 years of experience in construction, of which 13 of those years have been focused on environmental remediation.  Connor brings a wealth of industry knowledge, field leadership, and passion to his role as project manager. His career has been rooted in delivering safe, efficient, and complaint-abatement solutions across a wide range of projects, from residential and commercial to complex industrial sites.

Connor’s background includes seven years as a project manager with Stalwart Development Group, where he honed his skills in operational planning, compliance, and team leadership. Prior to joining Patriot Sons USA, he spent five years at JAG Environmental overseeing asbestos, mold, and lead abatement operations.

Connor holds multiple professional certifications, including Asbestos Abatement Supervision, Lead Renovation & Abatement, Hazardous Waste Operations (HAZWOPER), and Heavy Equipment Operations.

Beyond the job site, Connor is a proud father to a young daughter, who shares his love of farm life. Together, they care for goats, chickens, and cows on their family farm. Farming and fatherhood are two of his greatest passions, grounding him in hard work, responsibility, and a respect for nature.

Nicole

OFFICE Manager

Nicole brings a rare and valuable blend of field expertise and office management to every project she leads. With over a decade of experience in the environmental and construction industries, she has built a career on versatility, leadership, and an unwavering commitment to quality.

Nicole plays a key role in driving operational efficiency, compliance, and project success. She has previously been instrumental in launching and scaling operations from the ground up, from pre-construction through project close-out, Nicole has worn many hats, including overseeing budgets, managing teams, ensuring compliance, and delivering results.

Nicole is proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom, QuickBooks, Procore, and Peachtree, and has in-depth knowledge of payroll, HR, and hands-on field operations. Her dual experience as an environmental consultant has given her a comprehensive understanding of abatement work, both from the compliance and monitoring perspective, as well as the physical labor required in the field.

Her reputation is built on loyalty, integrity, and a practical, solutions-driven approach that consistently delivers. Nicole’s ability to bridge strategy and execution makes her a trusted partner in any project or organization.

Nicole maintains many licenses and certifications including, OSHA 30, PCB Awareness, IICRC: Water Mitigation, Fire, Odor Control, NYS Mold Assessor, NYS Asbestos Inspector, NYS Project Monitor, NYS Air Technician, and NYS Project Designer.

Outside the office, family is at the heart of everything Nicole does. She lives with her husband and their two sons. Whether baking in the kitchen or exploring the outdoors, Nicole cherishes time spent making memories with her family. Some of their favorite adventures include hiking at Whiteface Mountain, discovering the beauty of Watkins Glen, and marveling at Niagara Falls.
